Theology on Tap: The Great Divorce

totsept.jpg

Theology on Tap Ottawa is an opportunity for Catholics young adults, ages 19-39, to learn more about their faith, have fun, and enjoy fellowship.

This month, Sister Philomena, Daughter of Mary of the Queenship of Mary, will briefly explore the beginnings of what is known as the "Protestant Reformation" under Martin Luther, and how this movement has lead to multiple professions of faith over the centuries of various Christian groups. Being raised in a Pentecostal Protestant environment, she will share what lead her and her family back into the Catholic Church and into religious life, all under the mantle and guidance of our Blessed Mother. Mary is the bridge that brings her story, and all of ours, together in Christ.
