Anger is often described of as a secondary emotion. It is usually triggered by events that are being experienced in the moment. Yet, we also know that anger takes much of its power from past experiences, especially old wounds or hurts. This workshop will focus on the sources of anger, how to stop the destructive pattern and how to deal with the damage done to families and relationships. This workshop would be of interest to any person with anger issues. It would also be of interest to those who have been affected by another person’s anger behaviours.
