In partnership with the Vancouver Shroud Association and the Archdiocese of Ottawa, the "Man of the Shroud" exhibit will give you reason to pause. Is this mysterious figure the one whom Christians worship?
The first exhibition took place in the Church of the Good Shepherd in White Rock, BC, in March of 2004. The objectives of the association have always been to inform people about the Shroud of Turin and to encourage devotion to the Man whom it represents. An exhibit of this nature can be a tangible way of helping parishioners deepen their faith, inspire positive discussion and camaraderie. As a scholastic exhibit, each of the 30 display panels reveal something new about this mystery, bringing Scripture to life.
There is no greater visual tool for adults and students alike, to explore the ordeal of the crucifixion or the wonder of the Resurrection.
