joining the ARCHDIOCESE OF OTTAWA Group

All parish groups and individuals within the Archdiocese of Ottawa will be attending Steubenville Toronto as one large group. 

The Family & Youth Ministry Office will handle the coordination of registration, payment, travel, etc. Attendees will travel together from the Diocesan Centre  (1247 Kilborn Place) to Oshawa by bus and will return home in the same way.

May 15 - Parent & Participant Meeting

May 15 - Full Payment Due

July 12 - Sending Forth Mass & Departure for Oshawa

At the core of our being is a desire for meaningful connection and authentic relationship. We long to love and be loved, but how often do we just feel lonely? As we search for ways to escape these feelings of isolation, there comes a small, quiet whisper that pierces through to the depths of our heart: “You are never alone, because you are Mine.”

We are Canada's largest conference for Catholic Youth. This year's conference is being held July 12-14, 2019 at UOIT Campus in Oshawa, Ontario. Come and experience His overwhelming love for you. You belong here.


Step 2:  Register with the Archdiocese of Ottawa

Participant Registration and Permissions

Youth who will be in Grade 9 in September 2019 up to those who will be graduating high school in June of 2019 are welcome to join!

Chaperone ReGistration ANd Permissions

Thank you for your interest in being a chaperone! You must be at least 21 years of age to apply. Please complete this registration form and then you will contacted regarding further screening requirements.


Step 3:  Pay Your Deposit

All participants and chaperones are required to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $100 UPON REGISTRATION, NO LATER THAN APRIL 2ND in order to secure a spot with our group.

The total cost of the trip including conference fees, transportation, and t-shirts is $400. Once we receive your registration and deposit we will contact you regarding the payment of the remaining balance.

Step 4:  Register with Steubenville Toronto

Once You register with the Archdiocese you will be sent a link

This will allow you to complete the mandatory online registration form directly from the Steubenville Toronto Organizers.


STEP 5: ATTEND THE PARTICIPANT & PARENT MEeting

Wednesday, May 15, 7:00 - 8:30 PM

Your participation in this gathering will enhance the experience of all the participants. Please make it a priority!
